Clear answers for owners who need a local response layer.
Lampists is built for owners who keep control of the property, project, vendors, or rental business while needing local eyes, owner-side documentation, and authorized response when they are not nearby.
Common owner questions.
Are you a property manager?
No. Lampists provides owner-side property visibility, documentation, camera-free monitoring options, and owner-approved dispatch. We do not collect rent, hold deposits, manage listings, set rates, negotiate bookings, place guests, or run the property.
Do you manage the project team or the work?
No. Lampists can document visible site conditions and coordinate owner-approved next steps, but we do not supervise the project team, certify work, approve quality, or provide code-compliance opinions.
Do you use cameras or recording equipment?
No. Never. No cameras, no audio recording, no video.
How does optional detection work?
Camera-free sensor monitoring can flag door/access events, water, temperature, smoke/CO, device-offline alerts, or owner-approved sensor events — no cameras, no recordings, privacy-first by design.
Can owners review additional property-level signals?
Monitoring availability depends on final device configuration and property fit. Additional property-level insights may appear in owner reports. Lampists does not use those signals as enforcement judgments.
What happens when something flags?
Lampists and the owner are notified. We document the alert, coordinate the next step with your authorization, and send local eyes to verify in person when needed and available.
